Return & Refund Policy

At Athar Scents, we carefully package all products to ensure they arrive safely. However, in rare cases damage may occur during shipping.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns and exchanges are limited to specific situations. For details on delivery timelines and the shipping process, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

• The product arrived damaged during shipping
• The perfume bottle is broken or leaking upon delivery
• The wrong item was delivered

DAMAGED PERFUME BOTTLES

In the rare case that a perfume bottle arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, the customer has the right to refuse receiving the order and must report the issue within 24 hours.

To process the request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged bottle
• Photos of the outer shipping box
• Photos of the packaging inside the box

If the damage is confirmed, Athar Scents will either replace the bottle and ship it to the customer, or issue a full refund.

CONDITIONS

• Not be used
• Remain in original packaging
• Include all original contents

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Perfumes cannot be returned if opened or used, unless damaged upon arrival.

Fragrance preference is not a valid reason for return.

REFUND PROCESSING

If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
